  • We had just moved to Madison when I found out I was pregnant, unexpectedly. This group saved me in so many ways. They provided a free ultrasound and help when I was at one of the lowest points in my life. I will always be grateful.

    What to Expect

From your first visit, you’ll feel the difference. Centers are comfortable and homey, not clinical. You’ll be greeted in-person by a counselor who will listen and support you, no matter your circumstances or decisions.

If you’re pregnant or think you might be, you will receive a lab-quality pregnancy test. And if you test positive, you will be offered a free ultrasound, most times right after your test. Your first visit usually lasts about an hour.
